Have had a radiator/coolant flush recommended to me, will this clean up hoses and heater core? Car has no leaks, coolant is full, fan operates normally. Heat comes and goes but is never truly warm.

I would get the flush done and you might find a restriction in the heater core. At work I'm seeing this alot.

remove heater hoses and try flushing heater core... DEXCooL systems get fuNked up.
