Can anyone help my fan wont work on my Volkswagen polo?

its a 1.4 petrol 8valve. weve changed radiator,changed thermostat,changed fan switch.weve wired fan to battery and it works.checked all fuses. any ideas would be greatfully recieved and a big help thankyou

electronic fans dont run all the time... when the engine reaches a certain temperature the fan will kick on to cool it off and once it cools off the fan will turn off...
